Limited Workmanship Warranty

Northern Virginia Fence Company, a dba of NOVA Build Pros, warrants its fence installation workmanship for the following periods, beginning on the date of substantial completion:

Wood Fence Installations: One (1) year

Metal and Vinyl Fence Installations: Three (3) years

This warranty covers defects directly resulting from improper installation workmanship. At its discretion, Northern Virginia Fence Company will inspect and repair covered workmanship defects at no charge.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, natural wood movement, warping, checking, shrinkage, or discoloration; damage caused by severe weather, ground movement, impact, misuse, neglect, or alterations; or defects in materials covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty Claims: The customer must notify Northern Virginia Fence Company in writing during the warranty period and provide reasonable access for inspection and repair.

This warranty applies to the original customer and the project installed by Northern Virginia Fence Company. Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are separate and subject to their own terms.

This limited warranty does not restrict any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law
